Slitting Line
We build our slitters with the highest quality engineering while incorporating the newest innovations. The slitting line has the ability to slit from 1 to 10 pieces with up to 9 sets of knives. Our coil feed slitters include:
- Coil feed cut to length slitting line allowing the slitter to be part of the rollforming operation
- Chromed, 4140, 4-1/2″ diameter shafts are ground in-house to ensure the highest precision grinding within .0005″ tolerance
- The 4-1/2″ chromed shafts are one of the largest in the industry and the chromed coating prevents any future marring or rusting of the shafts
- The shafts create a rigid platform that is vital to consistently clean-cut slitting
- A line speed of 150 feet per minute
- 48″ width capacity
- Ability to run 29 to 24 gauge material
- Programmable touch screen for cut to length
- Changing slitting knife settings is quick and easy
- Four-sided shear blades
- The 2′ entry table has adjustable guides that allow different widths of coil to be run through the machine without a taper in the material

Coil Feed Cut-to-Length Line
The Coil Feed Cut-to-Length Slitting Line is setup to incorporate a coil reel with the slitter to automatically feed the material into the slitter to be cut down to the specified widths.
Up to 9 Knives
The slitter has the capacity to hold up to 9 knives, giving you the ability to cut up to 10 different widths for trim production.
48″ Width Capacity
A standard size coil can be fed into the slitter to cut down to different widths. This works seamlessly with our Signature and Titan coil reels and will boost manufacturing production.
Equipped with 4.5″ Diameter Shafts
Chromed, 4140, 4-1/2″ diameter shafts are ground in-house to ensure the highest precision grinding within .0005″ tolerance. The 4-1/2″ chromed shafts are one of the largest in the industry and the chromed coating prevents any future marring or rusting of the shafts. The shafts create a rigid platform that is vital to consistently clean cut slitting.
Programmable Touch Screen
Allows you to program multiple cut to length jobs and run until complete.
Operator Hand Feed Slitter
The Operator Hand Feed Slitter has the same slitter head as used in the coil feed operation. The same standard of precision quality is used in all of our slitter options.
