Rick joined the MRS team in 2008 as one of our assembly techs. 2 years later he started purchasing where he started many of the wonderful bonds and friendships with our suppliers that he still has to this day. Rick is now our Director Of Operations because of his ability to to effectively communicate and work well with everyone he comes in contact with.  When Rick isn’t working you’ll often find him hanging out with family/friends, in the outdoors, and doing motorsports with his kids. Ricks favorite part of working at MRS is working with such an amazing group of people. A personal motto he likes to live by is “vision without action is just a daydream”.
