Bill Griffin

Bill started with MRS in 2002 machining parts in between attending college at Washington State University. In 2004 he switched to Assembly & Field Service and in 2006 he came on full time and transitioned to Purchasing & Scheduling.  In 2008 he moved to a Sales & Service position, a more customer focused roll that he greatly enjoyed, then moved into Operations & Equipment Design in 2015. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife and their four children. They enjoy boating, hunting, fishing and snow skiing. Here’s a little bit more about Bill – If you met him for happy hour, he’d order a NW Hazy IPA and chicken wings. Someone he admires is Elon Musk because he believes that he is driven to do things that most people say is impossible. If he could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, it would be Disney World with the family. He’s involved and contributes to Ronald McDonald House and Generation Alive charities. His favorite quote is “It’s not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are.” – Roy E Disney. The most inspiring part of his job is seeing the success our customers have. Going from the first phone call inquiring about our equipment and the industry as a whole, to dealing with the nerves and trepidation of starting and investing into a new business, and finally seeing their growth and success. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing your customers and friends succeed.
